Keynote speech at ISCIPT 2019

The 15th of June I have been invited to give a keynote speech in Guiyang, Guizhou (the “Big Data city” of China).

The title of this speech was: “Modern Object Detection: from old-school to Deep Learning” (you can find a link to my slides below).

Preparing this keynote was a great opportunity for me to be kept updated about the very last improvements in the Object Detection field.

So much interesting work has been made since my PhD!

It was a pleasure to give a speech and attend the conference! There were a lot of interesting things to learn! I would like to thank all the members of ISCIPT commitee for this invitation!
